Playlist: Martini Madness
Music for those lone nights under the gentle light of the moon.
Let this playlist accompany you through those quiet, moonlit hours when the world feels still and endlessly mysterious. It’s music for the solitary soul, where elegance meets introspection. The perfect companion? A well-crafted Martini—perhaps the iconic “Vesper,” conceived by none other than James Bond creator Ian Fleming.
Strong, precise, and unforgettable, it pairs exquisitely with the mood. Whether you’re lost in thought or simply soaking in the silence, this is your invitation to slow down, sip with intention, and drift into a timeless, twilight reverie.
At Dukes Bar in London, head bartender Alessandro Palazzi makes a special blend of the Vesper by using No. 3 London Dry Gin, Kina Lillet Vermouth, Angostura bitters and Potocki vodka. The latter in honor of the real-life inspiration for the Vesper – Polish-born Christine Granville – who was reportedly Fleming’s lover.
